The Write Place

The write place is  not only, just the "write" place but it's the "Right" place to go for correcting any kind of papers, that could be a reseach paper, assigments papers etc. I have been to the write place couple of times.Tutors,over there are very helpful.They don't just go through our papers and correct our errors but they make us sit with them then go sentence by sentence and find out our mistakes and guide us through ,to fix it.

We can set an appointment with the tutors, at the write place either by going online to  ://www.stcloudstate.edu/writeplace/   or by calling them at 320.308.2031 . For our convience, it's located at two places. One is in the first floor of the library and another one is in 51B.

Topic

I would like to do my presentation on MLA style as citations are very important while writing a paper. Our points are taken off , if we don't have proper citiations on our paper.

Day 2 Assignment

I was in group 3. We have  the following 5 criterions listed below:

Criterion 1:all 12 objects included in the story(  5 POINTS)
Criterion 2: a title relevant to the story( 1 POINT)
Criterion 3: grammar ( 2 POINTS)
Criterion 4: flow / paragraphs ( 4 POINTS)
Criterion 5: interesting ( 3 POINTS)

These are the following parameters we determined for our class:

Criterion 1: Creative use of the 12 items (5 Points)
Criterion 2: Interest (4 Points)
Criterion 3: Organization/Structure (3 Points)
Criterion 4: Flow (2 Points)
Criterion 5: Grammar/Spelling (1 Point)
